Private Instruction
Many people find that they prefer a private session to a group class, as they feel more comfortable in the intimate environment of a one-on-one session. Often clients feel that they benefit more from undivided attention and a program of exercises specifically designed and prescribed for their individual needs. Some Group Class clients also supplement their workouts with occasional privates to make sure they are working properly or to get deeper into the work.

Semi-Private Instruction
Semi-private instruction (also known as Duets) is a cost effective way to experience personal movement training. You get the same personalized attention, but at a slightly lower rate and with the added bonus of feeling motivated by working out with a friend or colleague.

Group Class Instruction
We specializes in Pilates class using Mat with small props and EXO Chair, as well as our unique class formats in CoreAlign and Balanced Body Barre. Modifications are provided as needed in the mixed level classes. Group class option is a cost-effective way to incorporate Pilates based movements into your routine.
